There is an online tool that can help you determine if you have a claim.
If you feel that your human rights have been violated, you can make a complaint to the Ontario Human Rights Commission. The Human Rights Legal Support Centre can help you understand if you have a human rights claim under Ontario’s Human Rights Code.
For more information and advice, you can speak to the Support Centre. They may be able to help with legal assistance in completing an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, or give you legal advice about how to address the discrimination that you have experienced.
